\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn 2023, the RGCU conducted an analysis of the training needs of the various international business areas, in order to develop a new learning strategy that would meet the challenges and opportunities identified. To enhance this approach, the training team has been expanded with new professionals in China, India, Switzerland, Spain and Brazil.
