  • The Great Place To Work® and Top Employer certifications, obtained in Brazil, India and Spain, attest to the quality of the working environment, the employee experience and the people management practices promoted by Roca Group.

  • These recognitions reflect a shared global vision based on trust, inclusion and professional development, and help drive the continuous improvement of the employee experience across the group.

In 2026, Roca Group has received international recognitions that underline its commitment to people and to quality of employment. The Great Place To Work® certifications in Brazil and India and the Top Employer certification in Spain reflect a shared corporate culture based on trust, inclusion, professional development and continuous improvement, one that adapts to each local context while maintaining the same vision of the role people play in the success and sustainability of the business.

These recognitions have been awarded by independent organisations that assess both people’s experience in the workplace and the people management practices developed by companies. Although they use different methodologies, all of them highlight key aspects such as corporate culture, wellbeing, inclusion, equal opportunities, professional development and organisations’ ability to create working environments based on trust and commitment.

Great Place To Work® in India and Brazil

Roca Group’s operations in India and Brazil have renewed their Great Place To Work® certification, consolidating a sustained record on workplace climate and corporate culture. India has held it for the fifth consecutive year and Brazil for the second, which shows the consistency of the efforts made in both countries to foster positive, inclusive, trust-based working environments.

The Great Place To Work® certification is based on the Trust Index™ methodology, an international benchmark model backed by more than 30 years of research and present in over 60 countries. The assessment focuses on people’s direct perception of their working experience and analyses key dimensions such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. This approach positions trust as one of the main indicators of a strong, high-performing organisational culture.

Top Employer in Spain

Roca Group’s operations in Spain, home to the group’s corporate headquarters, have obtained the Top Employer certification for the first time after completing an independent assessment of their people management practices and employee experience.

The certification, awarded by Top Employers Institute, is based on the HR Best Practices Survey, a leading international analysis that provides a comprehensive review of the employee experience. The assessment covers six key areas: people strategy, organisation and leadership, talent acquisition, professional development, engagement and wellbeing, and corporate culture. The results are then reviewed and validated by independent auditors before the certification is granted.

The recognition covers the sites in Catalonia, Navarre, Burgos, Madrid and Valencia, which bring together factory, office, sales and logistics professionals. Among the results obtained, corporate culture emerges as the organisation’s main strength, with particularly outstanding performance in purpose and values, ethics and integrity, and diversity and inclusion. These results are underpinned by well-established practices such as the code of conduct, whistleblowing channels, harassment prevention and training programmes.

One commitment, adapted to each context

Beyond the recognition itself, these processes serve as a tool for listening and continuous improvement. In the operations with the largest workforces, Roca Group carries out regular assessments and surveys to analyse the workplace climate, identify strengths and detect opportunities for improvement that will help further enrich people’s experience within the organisation.

A certification like this is not earned with documents or isolated processes. It is the reflection of thousands of everyday actions: of those who welcome a new colleague, who share what they know, who lead teams, who drive improvements and who look after the details. These recognitions belong to the people across Roca Group who make them real.

The recognitions obtained in different countries reflect a common group-wide approach, adapted to each local reality but aligned with a single vision: people build a solid and sustainable business over the long term. Roca Group sees these certifications not as a goal in themselves, but as an opportunity to keep moving forward and strengthening its employer value proposition, driving initiatives focused on the wellbeing, inclusion, engagement and professional development of its teams around the world.
