Code of Ethics

Ever since its foundation in 1917, Roca Group has conducted its business guided by the principles of integrity, honesty and respect for all its stakeholders.

The Code of Ethics serves as a guide for actions in all jurisdictions where Roca Group operates and is a mandatory compliance standard for employees of the group, surpassing any other provisions or orders from higher authorities.

Upon joining the company, all employees commit in writing to act in accordance with this code.

Whistleblowing Channel

If you become aware of any misconduct or violation of the Code, you must report it to the Ethics Committee through the designated communication channel.

The mission of the Ethics Committee is to ensure the dissemination, proper interpretation, and compliance with the Code, establishing appropriate measures in case of detecting irregular behaviors.

The Whistleblowing Channel can be accessed through the QR code provided in the Code of Ethics.

All information submitted through the communication channel will be treated as strictly confidential.
