Roca Group acquires the German company Innotec to strengthen its sanitary installation systems business

The purpose of the acquisition is to develop the business linked to bathroom installation systems, integrating it into the overall activities of the Group, creating synergies, and promoting innovation in this area.

  • Roca Group has acquired Innotec Systemelemente GmbH, German manufacturer of modular solutions for integrating structural elements in the bathroom.

  • The purchase has been completed through Sanitärtechnik Eisenberg GmbH, the German subsidiary of Roca Group specialist in bathroom installation systems. 

 

The purpose of the acquisition is to develop the business linked to bathroom installation systems, integrating it into the overall activities of the Group, creating synergies, and promoting innovation in this area.

For Roca Group this acquisition is a strategic move due to the complementarity of Innotec’s activities with its own portfolio and its growth potential in Europe and the EMEA region.

Innotec offers a wide range of products that fit within Roca Group’s portfolio and value chain, including modular solutions for integrating structural elements in the bathroom and other robotically welded fastening solutions.

The company, located in Grossenhain (Germany), has a workforce of 68 employees and reported a turnover of 24.7 million euros in 2023.
