Roca Group, world leader in design, production and marketing of bathroom products, has acquired the bathroom furniture company Madeli, based in Florida and with a network of 500 points of sale in the United States.

This transaction states an important reinforcement of Roca Group's positioning in the USA, and another step forward in the growth plan projected for this market.

Madeli is a prestigious niche brand in the premium segment of bathroom furniture and mirrors. The firm, renowned for its high level of customer service, has a turnover of 13 million dollars a year.

Over the last few years, Roca Group has made significant investments in the Americas, especially in its Mexican factories, which it acquired in 2016.

For the group, this is a strategic move due to the complementarity of Madeli's portfolio with its current catalogue of products for the bathroom, in a market where furniture is the decisive element that drives the purchase of the rest of the bathroom products. In addition, the acquisition will provide the Spanish company with 500 new points of sale in the US, with the aim of keeping on boosting Madeli's growth during the upcoming years.
