TMO team workshop

“I initially contacted Helena to request training for the PMO team on teambuilding and communication skills. Since our department had been recently created, her proposal was to approach teambuilding by focusing on the team’s purpose. The workshop was extremely useful and improved the cohesion of our team.

While focusing on our team purpose, during the workshop we were able to analyse the team dynamics, identifying the ones that worked well and those that needed improvement. Another positive outcome of the workshop was focusing on our high and low expectations. This helped us to identify our team’s needs and, more importantly, identify external expectations from our clients.

The workshop has helped us become a team that is built on trust and to organise all our knowledge to allow us to focus and to better fulfil our purpose.”
