Training Needs and Training Given

Training needs

In 2021, we conducted a training needs detection for 2022 and 2023

To do this, firstly, we conducted a needs detection survey with Spain’s management, to which 250 employees responded. Secondly, we conducted 8 interviews with Area Directors to find out the specific needs of the area. Finally, we conducted 2 workshops with a randomly selected group of 20 management employees and another group of 6 HR employees.

Our objectives during this period were:

  1. Promote Digital Transformation and the use of new IT tools, new business models and process automation.
  2. Improve teamwork, communication and the creation of collaborative environments in a virtual context.
  3. Expand knowledge of other areas of the company that are key to the group’s strategy, such as Sustainability.

During 2022, at RGCU we have worked to offer catalogue and specific training content to cover the needs identified in this needs detection.
