Training needs
In 2021, we conducted a training needs detection for 2022 and 2023
To do this, firstly, we conducted a needs detection survey with Spain’s management, to which 250 employees responded. Secondly, we conducted 8 interviews with Area Directors to find out the specific needs of the area. Finally, we conducted 2 workshops with a randomly selected group of 20 management employees and another group of 6 HR employees.

During 2022, at RGCU we have worked to offer catalogue and specific training content to cover the needs identified in this needs detection.
