Communication workshop

“The communication workshop which took place at Bespoke in Poland at the end of September last year had a major impact on communication and relationships in our team. The workshop covered sources of distortion and barriers in daily communication processes. We also defined colours for our ways of expression and specified our own style of contact.

We practiced how to deliver information so as to be understood and project a professional image. We learnt ways to decode common behaviours and ways of communicating. Lastly, we were also introduced to ensuring the correct flow of information in the team and in the company (between teams). I really enjoyed this part of the training.

I would recommend this training to colleagues because this workshop develops efficient communication as a tool for good understanding and sharing goals in the team and organisation.”
