“Being surrounded by colleagues with a high level of English, you sometimes feel like you don’t want to be left behind. In this context. The programme gave me the opportunity I was looking for. Moreover, I had always wanted to do an intensive English course because I thought it would be completely different to the courses I had done so far and the pace of learning would be much faster. I wasn’t disappointed: I have lots of good memories and learnt a great deal.
One of the things I most liked about the programme was the dynamics. We were able to put ourselves to the test in some of the most common situations we face at work, such as a meeting where we need to negotiate and reach an agreement or simple everyday conversations. Another major advantage of the programme is the interpersonal relationships: it provides an opportunity to network with colleagues from other departments, regardless of their position, allowing us to get to know other realities and concerns in the Roca Group.

The teachers are first-class. They take a real interest in the students and go beyond the standard method for teaching languages. They don’t try to teach us the language from scratch. Instead, they work on improving our skills and building our confidence to tackle conversations we might find difficult.

It was an excellent experience and I’ll definitely be looking for more opportunities for this type of training. I’ve done lots of courses – both languages and other sorts; in-person and online – but for me the best way to learn is without a doubt in-person. Communication flows much more naturally and you get the best results for students.”
