The documentation was excellent and was provided in PDF format. It gave us an overview of the history of Incoterms, their regulations, their classifications… all accompanied with clear examples and practical visual representations.
This material was complemented by a webinar, which gave a step-by-step explanation of all the sections of the document provided. We were also able to ask about specific cases from our day-to-day work related to Incoterms.

It was highly beneficial and I would recommend the training to understand the key role of Incoterms in the world of international trade.”
