“This course addresses effective leadership, which begins with self-knowledge and self-management. It addresses a number of issues, including assertiveness, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and the decision-making process.

What struck me most was learning about all the different biases each of us have. We’re often unaware of them but they determine the accuracy of the decisions we make.

I liked learning about Google’s Project Aristotle and the importance of the main variables that explain how effective teams are (psychological security, trust, structure and clarity, meaning and impact).

This training is essential because we all form part of one or more teams.”
